Case Boulevard

Case Boulevard, a 100 acre site in the Township of Raritan, is located off Route 202, fronting Case Boulevard, Pennsylvania Avenue, and Millbrook Road. This will be an Active Adult Multi-Family Residential Community, with 250 market rate housing units, including 135 Single Family Lots and 115 Luxury Townhomes. The Community will also contain up to 50 inclusionary Affordable Housing units in a dedicated section of the development. This site has necessary sewer capacity for construction. Amenities will include a 2.5 acre recreation center, an 8.5 acre park (River’s Edge Park) and over 35 acres of preserved open space.
