Lincoln Logistics Rutherford

In 1998, LEG was appointed by the New Jersey Meadowlands Commission (NJMC) and the Borough of Rutherford as redeveloper for a 30-acre brownfield site in Rutherford, N.J.
Working with the state Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), LEG developed and implemented a 5-year Remedial Action Work Plan (RAWP) resulting in the receipt of a “No Further Action Letter (NFA),” and successfully completed a wetlands mitigation program.

LEG recently received approvals and is building a 345,000 square foot industrial warehouse on the site.
