Sponsorship anticipates the Project will be completed and delivered in October 2022. The site consists of approximately 45.4 acres(26.7 upland and 18.7 riparian) of trophy portside property and reoresents one of the last remaining industrial redevelopment opportunities of scale in the NY/NJ Port market
